Precision Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service is used to produce clean and accurate parts from customer-supplied drawings and CAD files. It is suitable for prototypes, replacement parts, custom components, short runs, and repeat production orders. Careful file preparation and material nesting help reduce waste, improve consistency, and make efficient use of each sheet or plate.
Metal Bending
Our metal bending services help transform flat laser-cut parts into functional components with the required angles, flanges, and formed profiles. We review bend locations, material thickness, geometry, and tooling requirements before production. This preparation helps identify potential issues such as insufficient bend clearance, difficult flange dimensions, or features positioned too close to a bend line.
Metal Rolling
Our metal rolling capabilities support curved panels, cylinders, arcs, rings, and other radius-based components. The production approach depends on the material, thickness, width, required radius, and final application. By reviewing these factors before rolling begins, we can select a practical method and establish realistic production expectations.

A correct file is the foundation of an accurate part. Before production, we review available CAD files and drawings for dimensions, geometry, material specifications, quantities, bend information, and other relevant requirements.
This does not replace the customer’s engineering process, but it can help identify visible manufacturing concerns before material is processed.
HOW WE WORK
A Clear Process From Quote to Delivery
01. Send Your Files
Send your DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF, or other available project documentation. Include the material, thickness, quantity, tolerances, required processes, and target delivery date whenever possible.
02. Project Review and Quote
We review the part geometry, material requirements, quantities, and requested services. If information is missing or clarification is needed, we contact you before preparing the final quote. Your pricing may reflect material use, machine time, setup requirements, part complexity, secondary processes, quantities, and delivery requirements.
03. Production Preparation
Approved files are prepared for the appropriate manufacturing process. This may include file cleanup, nesting, process planning, tooling selection, and confirmation of bend or rolling requirements.
04. Precision Production
Parts move through the required laser cutting, bending, and rolling operations. The exact route depends on the drawing and approved project scope.
05. Inspection and Delivery
Completed parts are checked against the available production documentation and prepared for pickup or shipment according to the agreed schedule.
