1. Services Provided

Kerf Metals offers sheet metal laser cutting, metal rolling, bending, CAD drafting, and related fabrication services. All services are subject to availability, capacity, and project acceptance at our discretion.

2. Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are considered accepted only after a written confirmation from Kerf Metals.

  • Changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on project scope, material costs, and labor.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

  • Payment terms, if extended, must be honored by the client. Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.

4. Lead Times & Delivery

  • Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • While we strive to meet all deadlines, Kerf Metals is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, shipping carriers, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Delivery options and costs will be specified in the order agreement.

5. Materials & Specifications

  • Clients must provide accurate CAD drawings, specifications, and any required documentation.

  • Kerf Metals is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided files.

  • If Kerf Metals sources materials on behalf of the client, materials will be billed accordingly.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Kerf Metals guarantees workmanship quality in line with industry standards.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided on the specific order in question.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All drawings, designs, and specifications remain the property of the client.

  • Kerf Metals reserves the right to showcase completed projects in marketing materials unless otherwise restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled before production may be refunded, less any costs incurred.

  • Once production begins, refunds are not available.

  • Custom-fabricated parts cannot be returned.

9. Website Use

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission.

  • Unauthorized use of our website for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law
